DIY Leaf Pressed Plates

With step-by-step instructions, you will learn how to slab-roll out your clay and then arrange your leaf/leaves however you like. We will then press these beautiful leaves into our clay, forever remembering what Fall 2024 will bring us.  After class I will bring everything back to my studio where the pieces will be bisque-fired. I will add some underglaze to your leaf imprints to really bring our greenery to life! All pieces will then be dipped in a clear glaze, making our plates nice and shiny! The firing process will take about 4-6 weeks to ensure best results. Everyone's pieces will be dropped off and packaged up at Tomandchickpea in Derry, NH.
